Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in a fast-paced, growth-oriented restaurant environment. You will help create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for guests and play a central role in guiding the team during each shift.

You will gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites, assist in store operations, and develop leadership skills while mentoring other team members.

Qualifications

• Some high school.
• Prefer some Operations experience.
• Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense
