Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist the manager with food/meal preparation, maintain cash receipts and meal records, and help complete daily reports. The role focuses on high standards of quality, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.

Responsibilities include preparing food and baked goods, ensuring proper storage, serving meals on schedule, and following safety regulations. You will also assist with cleaning and organization, and coordinate with the manager to plan daily

Qualifications

• Ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure.
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Maintain storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules, department policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, food handling, and storage.
• Connect with the Manager daily to understand and accurately prepare menu for the day.
• Supervise the food temperature requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
• Follow established procedures and standards for cleanliness, to ensure a balanced and safe environment; duties include sweeping, mopping, ware washing.
• Perform other duties as assigned including other areas in the kitchen.
