Magnet’s Crawley Showroom is hiring a Kitchen Sales Designer to guide customers from showroom discussion to installation, delivering tailored kitchen designs and outstanding service that boosts trust and drives sales.

You’ll convert enquiries, design appealing kitchens, and nurture relationships from first contact to final installation, while meeting sales targets and maximizing margins. Training supports you to excel within a leading UK kitchen specialist.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting sales targets or KPIs.
• Exceptional customer-focused selling and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Weekend flexibility and readiness to work shifts.
• No design experience required; full training provided.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

• Convert showroom enquiries into high-value sales

• Conduct home visits and identify upselling opportunities
• Deliver against sales targets while protecting margin

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
