Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Houston is seeking a dependable Kitchen Remodeling Installer to join our hands-on installation team. This permanent, year-round role focuses on cabinet refacing, redooring, and kitchen remodels, with paid training and steady work.

You will arrive on site with a company logo shirt, operate power tools safely, and maintain high-quality workmanship while collaborating with homeowners and the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to safely operate power tools such as table saws, band saws, circular saws, routers, planers, and nail guns (or willingness to learn).
• Comfortable interacting with homeowners in a professional and friendly manner.
• Takes personal pride in producing high-quality work done right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the jobsite on time wearing a company-logo shirt and appropriate work attire.
• Follow instructions and direction from the Project Manager.
• Adhere to Kitchen Tune-Up TrustPoints on every jobsite.
• Safely operate power and hand tools.
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, including daily cleanup.
• Communicate progress and issues with the Project Manager daily.
• Maintain a positive, respectful attitude toward teammates and homeowners.
