Job summary

Crew2 is seeking a Field Project Manager to oversee kitchen remodel projects from sale to completion, coordinating with Home Depot stores, independent contractors, and Crew2 sales force.

You will lead bid processes, manage schedules, verify permits, track costs and margins, and provide weekly updates to the Field Operations Manager in a fast-paced environment across assigned markets in Wisconsin. Travel within the market is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen remodeling and design; knowledge of site analysis and measuring.
• Ability to manage bids, schedules, and communications with stores and contractors.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and sequencing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds to site analysis purchase orders from Home Depot promptly.
• Schedule in-home measures with customers and create accurate 20/20 files.
• Prepare labor cost estimates and review bids with customers.
• Lead pre-sale and post-sale funnels and update project systems.
• Provide weekly updates to Field Operations Manager and track margins.
