Job summary
ImproveIt Home Remodeling in Columbus, OH is seeking a Kitchen Refacing Technician to install cabinet refacing with high craftsmanship and strong customer communication. This full-time role offers a Company Vehicle, health benefits, and growth opportunities as you deliver quality work.
You will work on customer homes, using modern tools, while maintaining a safe, professional job site and clear communication with homeowners throughout installations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years hands-on cabinet refacing experience.
- Residential remodeling experience required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Perform cabinet refacing installations including doors, drawer fronts, panels, trim, hardware, and related components.
- Remove and prepare existing cabinet surfaces for refacing.
- Accurately measure, cut, fit, and install materials to ensure proper alignment and finish.
- Install hinges, handles, drawer slides, and other hardware per specifications.
- Protect customer property and maintain a clean, safe jobsite at all times.
- Review job scope and expectations with the customer before and after installation.
- Identify and communicate job issues or scope changes to management promptly.
