Job summary

Chick-fil-A, Onalaska restaurant, is hiring a Back of House Team Member to help prepare and present food safely and efficiently. You will work with a friendly team and an experienced Operator to deliver signature Chick-fil-A service every day.

The role offers a supportive environment, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth, including training and development under restaurant Leaders. You’ll be expected to stay organized, follow safety standards, and contribute to a positive dining

Qualifications

• Patient and cheerful attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs regularly.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends.
• Works well independently and in a team.
• Commitment to food safety and Chick-fil-A standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations: fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat and orderly.
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete opening/closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
