Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Emeryville, CA is seeking a Kitchen Prep team member to support salad bar, sides, and desserts, ensuring high quality and presentation according to recipes. You will assist with inventory, storage, and proper handling of ingredients in a fast-paced environment.

• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Kitchen Prep Essential Duties and Responsibilities
