Aufgaben

• Cleans pots and pans for trayline and cafeteria food production according to assignment, following all department and sanitation procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes all production areas and equipment properly, including ovens, steam kettles, grill, fryers, warmers, etc.
• Cleans all walls, floors, exhaust vents and ceiling tiles according to assigned schedule.
• Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and sanitary manner. Cleans three-compartment sink area, cart wash area, trash cans, trash room, etc. properly according to assigned schedule.
