Job summary

ParTee Shack Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a Kitchen Operations Associate & Busser to support prep, stocking, and guest flow in a fast-paced entertainment kitchen.

You’ll work with a dynamic team, handle inventory, sanitation, and food prep, and help ensure smooth service during peak game times, evenings, and weekends.

No formal experience required; we’re willing to train the right teammate who brings energy, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or food-service is preferred
• Willing to train the right teammate
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory checks and food storage logs
• Follow food safety and sanitation practices
• Prepare and stock items to keep the kitchen game-ready
• Support servers and bartenders during peak hours
• Cook menu items using grilling, frying, and sautéing
• Clear tables and reset dining areas between groups
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude during busy shifts
