Job summary

BURGER KING in Brainerd, Minnesota is seeking a Team Member who can start early and help set up the restaurant for daily service while delivering exceptional guest service. The role reports to the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Coordinators.

Key duties include maintaining cleanliness and health standards, stocking inventory, ensuring on-time attendance, following uniform policies, and setting up equipment. Must be able to work multiple stations, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

The Team Member is responsible for setting up the Restaurant, preparing product and getting the Restaurant ready for daily service while providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Coordinators.
