Casey’s in Kansas is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations, train and coach Team Members, and ensure food safety and guest satisfaction.
You’ll partner with the Store Manager, maintain inventory and 5S standards, and drive productivity and profitability across prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll be a hands‑on leader and a key member of the store leadership team. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your focus will include managing day‑to‑day kitchen operations, focusing on food safety standards, overseeing inventory, and influencing activities within prepared foods and dispensed beverage areas to maximize productivity and profitability.
Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on kitchen performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
