The Kitchen Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all job duties are carried out in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear or answer phones. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee must have the ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly. This position involves prolonged periods sitting at a table and working on a computer, as well as prolonged periods standing and working in the restaurant. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Employee is regularly exposed to kitchen equipment (e.g., oven, hot plate, dishwasher, slicer, kettle, steamer, mixer, and chef's knives).
