Job summary

Nutri-Serve Food Management is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for a busy K-12 dining service account located in New Jersey. You will oversee a small kitchen staff, manage ordering and inventory, and handle key administrative tasks while upholding food safety standards.

The role emphasizes FOH and BOH operations, with potential duties across cooking, serving, cashiering, and sanitation as needed. A Monday–Friday daylight schedule is provided to support work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Handle additional administrative tasks and basic cleanliness
• Lead the Safety program and model safe work practices
• May perform cooking/serving/cashiering/cleanliness duties as needed
• Stand for several hours and lift up to 30 pounds
