Quaker Steak & Lube is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment. You will develop and coach kitchen staff, ensure quality, consistency, and presentation, and partner with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction.
In this hands-on role, you’ll manage inventory, cost controls, and training, while upholding health and safety standards and supporting front-of-house collaboration to deliver smooth service every day.

We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager who brings strong leadership, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll primarily lead back-of-house operations, support and develop your kitchen team, and ensure every dish meets our standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. This position reports to the General Manager.
$50,000 - $60,000 based on experience, with a clear path as your impact grows.
A standard 48-hour work week with flexible scheduling options.
