At the heart of the casino floor, the Royal Noodle Bar delivers exceptional cuisine and energetic guest experiences in a fast-paced, open-concept setting. We are seeking a hands-on Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our late-night operation, overseeing both the culinary and cashier teams while ensuring outstanding food quality, service, and team performance. Open seven days a week and serving guests into the early morning hours, this role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys working alongside their team, and can maintain excellence amid the excitement and action of a vibrant casino atmosphere. The Chef will be responsible for coaching and developing staff, driving operational standards, and creating a welcoming experience for guests and team members throughout every shift. Your days off will like fall during weekdays. In this role you will be eligible for best in class benefits on day one. In this role you an expect a typical starting salary in the $55K-$65K range.
Responsible for day to day culinary operation in specified outlet.
Administers the overall activities of the restaurant operation on assigned shift.
Establishes and administers training programs within the assigned restaurants.
Counsels, guides and instructs personnel in the proper performance of their duties.
Assists in the maintenance and development of procedures for ‘food service and inspects menu items for maximum customer satisfaction.
Supervises staff on shift and ensures proper staffing levels in order to provide high standards of service with minimum labor hours.
Monitors appearance of food served and communicates deviations from standard.
Prepares and, coordinates the periodical performance reviews (90 days, annuals, etc.) of assigned personnel.
Service standards used to measure success include, turnover rate, high staff morale, labor cost in line with budget and cleanliness of restaurant.
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
Must be 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License.
