Fricker’s USA, LLC in Indiana is seeking a results-driven restaurant manager to lead a team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales while upholding safety and quality standards. You will recruit, train, coach staff, schedule shifts, and monitor food and labor costs to maximize profitability.

A strong customer service mindset and two years of management experience in full-service or fast-casual settings are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast‑casual atmosphere.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with a guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Execute Fricker’s brand of fun, food, sports and spirits.
• Drive positive sales growth and ensure profitability.
• Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by following all food-safety and sanitation standards.
• Lead, train, schedule, coach, and counsel staff; enforce policies and procedures.
• Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
• Recruit, select, and train quality team members.
