Jack Flash in Altamont, Illinois is seeking a Full-time Kitchen Manager to lead our food service program. You will coach and train food service associates, maintain records for production and temperature/expiration, and ensure kitchen equipment stays in good working order to support a smooth workflow.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive safety, quality and service, while fostering a fun and fast-paced environment that keeps customers coming back for our products and convenience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of serving and preparation of all prepared foods.
• Ensures all Food Service Team Members maintain high quality food to standards.
• Presides over all food service employees ensuring urgency from kitchen team.
• Assigns daily tasks and manages breaks as needed by business needs.
• Maintains daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedules and checklists.
• Leads sanitation of kitchen and equipment, including refrigerators and ovens.
