Buffalo Wild Wings is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations, directing HOH team members and ensuring top guest experiences through strong execution and supervision. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The Kitchen Manager will drive training, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to ongoing staff development while supporting company initiatives and programs.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You have a passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• You will create legendary experiences for guests and team members through the management of the Heart-of-House (HOH) as the Kitchen Manager.
• You will oversee the execution and performance of the HOH and provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
