Job summary

Casey’s in Minnesota is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead a kitchen team, train Team Members, and ensure top guest experiences. You’ll work with the Store Manager to drive daily operations, maintain food safety standards, and optimize prep, beverages, and inventory with a focus on profitability.

You will oversee 5S, supervise kitchen activities, and coach staff to uphold Casey’s CARES values while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for kitchen activities, maintain 5S standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service; keep Store Manager informed.

• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.

As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader and a key member of the store leadership team. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. What You'll Do as a Kitchen Manager

Compensation:

Starting pay range: $15.00 - $17.25

Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.

This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on kitchen performance.

Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
