The Cheesecake Factory in Connecticut is seeking a seasoned restaurant leader to drive dining experiences. With at least 2 years of managerial experience in a full-service setting, you will guide daily operations and staff development to deliver outstanding service.

The position offers comprehensive benefits and a bonus program; compensation ranges from $66,550 to $70,000 per year, plus eligibility for a quarterly bonus and geographic differential where applicable.

• At least 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant (dining plus bar).
• Solid track record of success and demonstrated career growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Able to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Job Description

Compensation may include base salary and geographic differential. This position is bonus eligible.

Compensation Range: $66,550 - $70,000 / Year
