Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead BOH operations in our theaters. You will hire, coach, and train kitchen staff, ensure food quality aligns with recipe specifications, and supervise sanitation, inventory, and safety protocols.

The role requires 1–3 years of kitchen management, a culinary arts degree or equivalent, and a Food Managers Certification. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
