Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory in San Diego, CA is hiring a restaurant leader for a full-time management role. You will oversee dining and bar operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

We seek a seasoned leader with at least 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant, excellent communication skills, reliability, and the stamina to stand and move throughout shifts. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

- Compensation may include base salary and geographic differential. This position is bonus eligible.
