Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in the United States is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations, ensuring quality preparation and timely service. You will supervise HOH staff, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver memorable guest experiences.

This role emphasizes training and developing the kitchen team, managing labor, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced sports-bar environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes and safe food handling.
• Passion for training and developing team members.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You have a passion for training and developing your team.
