Job summary

Topgolf, a leading sports and entertainment venue, seeks an experienced kitchen supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage cooks, prep staff, and dishwashers while ensuring adherence to recipes, portion control, and quality standards.

You will also train staff on food handling and safety, manage inventories, coordinate with the front-of-house team, and address any kitchen-related issues to maintain smooth service.

Qualifications

Experience leading kitchen staff or in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and adapt to changing demands.
Proficiency with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
Effective communication with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Understanding of inventory management and ordering processes.
