Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen in California. You will prepare dishes according to our recipes and standards, support a welcoming environment for guests, and help guide and train the Kitchen Team.

This role involves Back of House duties and requires reliability and fast execution in a high-volume setting. The ideal candidate has some high school education and a basic understanding of food safety, with willingness to obtain required certifications.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred or in progress.
• Food safety practices knowledge; Food Handler certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Effective verbal communication and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all dishes according to company recipes and standards.
• Support in creating a vibrant, welcoming environment for guests.
• Guide Kitchen Team and assist with training.
• Perform Back of House responsibilities as needed.
