Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking a Kitchen Lead to guide BOH staff, ensure food safety, and uphold high standards of food preparation and service at our Westlake theater. You will coach crew, enforce recipes, monitor temperatures, and manage FIFO inventory.

The role requires 1 year of supervisory experience, food certification, and strong guest-service orientation. You must be able to work holidays, nights and weekends in a fast-paced setting while leading by example with integrity.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Food Certification required.
• Exceptional guest service orientation.
• Equally comfortable communicating with guests, peers, subordinates, vendors or partners.
• Standing, walking, lifting, bending and traversing stairs regularly.
• Availability to work holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
