You will work directly with homeowners on kitchen cabinet refacing projects, employing laminate surfaces, doors, and drawers to deliver high-quality transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen installation, cabinetry, or remodeling.
• Proficient with power tools and saws.
• Able to read layout prints and tape measure accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage job-site workflow.
• Valid driver's license; willingness for background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install kitchen cabinet refacing systems, including laminate surfaces, doors, and drawers.
• Review project plans and layout prints before each job.
• Ensure all materials are accounted for and ready prior to installation.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems on-site to ensure high-quality results.
• Complete job-related paperwork accurately.

What You’ll Do

• Install kitchen cabinet refacing systems, including laminate surfaces, doors, and drawers
• Review project plans and layout prints before each job
