Job summary

Kitchen Solvers of La Crosse is seeking a Kitchen Install Apprentice to assist the lead installer with kitchen installs, setup, prep, and demo work. No experience required—training provided. Our team works hard and has a great time, valuing collaboration over the usual construction vibe.

You will help with cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, and other installations, while keeping tools organized and the jobsite safe and clean. Great entry-level opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to plan, multi-task and meet deadlines.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installer with kitchen installs and prep.
• Set up and put away tools, cords, and materials daily.
• Clean up work areas and dispose debris properly.
• Secure tools and site at end of day and maintain organization.
• Assist with demo work and cabinet/countertop/tile/flooring installs.
• Keep storage areas tidy and follow lead installer's instructions.
• Report potential task issues to the Installer.
• Support positive customer service and teamwork on site.
• Prepare and complete work documents and timesheets.
