The position offers a full-time schedule (Sunday off; Mon–Fri 1:00 PM–9:30 PM; Saturday off) with a pay rate around $20.42–$21.62 hourly and eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and ability to interpret instructions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends & holidays.
• Ability to assemble, disassemble, and operate kitchen equipment.
• Understand HACCP and health codes and minimize waste.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean kitchen by removing trash, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Clean equipment, filter fryers, clean hood vents and drains, wash dishes.
• Assist and work with other kitchen cleaners and staff.
• Follow HACCP standards and health codes.
