Qualifications

• Fast-paced BOH environment experience preferred.
• Ability to learn cook/prep duties and follow guidelines.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cooking, prep, and station setup.
• Maintain clean, organized back-of-house areas.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and portion-control standards.
• Support team with other tasks as needed.
