Job summary

Boyd Gaming is seeking a dedicated kitchen steward to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in our bustling Kentucky casino kitchen. Responsibilities include washing dishes, glassware, and flatware; cleaning cookware; and keeping floors and surfaces spotless.

Applicants should be able to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and meet licensing requirements as needed. This role supports our culinary operations and upholds Boyd Gaming's commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain licenses and/or certifications.
