SUMMARY

The Food Expeditor is a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurant operations run smoothly. This role is responsible for acting as the liaison between the kitchen and the front-of-house team, expediting food orders, and ensuring quality and prompt service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the flow of food orders from the kitchen to the servers.
• Ensure that orders are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Assist in the final preparation of dishes.
• Act as a liaison between FOH and BOH
• Manage and organize To-Go/Delivery supplies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for internal control and compact compliance regarding operations and ensure compliance with regulation of the Tribal Gaming Commission.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Experience with the casino industry a plus.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Ability to acquire Class II Gaming License issued from Squaxin Island Gaming Commission
• Current Washington State Food Worker Card
• Class 12 Mixologist/Class13 Alcohol Server Permit
