Qualifications

• Experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar role.
• Ability to follow sanitation guidelines and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines and inspect results.
• Wash items by hand when required (e.g. cutting boards, pots, china).
• Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment properly.
• Set up workstations before meal prep begins.
• Ensure sufficient clean dishes during peak hours.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed.
• Report any issues with washing machines promptly.
• Remove garbage regularly and sanitize the kitchen area.
• Assist with deliveries and organizing coolers/freezers as needed.
• Follow weekly work schedules and meet business demand.
