Job summary

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; works shifts and attends trainings.
• Provides courteous customer service and supports suggestive selling when applicable.
• Prepares, stores, rotates, stocks and merchandises products to maximize sales.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures and maintains clean working environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; reports safety hazards and pricing accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
