Fundamental in Mesquite, TX is hiring a Dishwasher to join a strong dietary team. The position supports kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing, and setup/breakdown duties while collaborating with a cohesive team to help others.

You will ensure orderly meal preparation, assist with dining room duties, and participate in daily housekeeping as directed by the Dietary Manager. The ideal candidate has basic healthcare or hospitality exposure, strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• Organized with high attention to detail and able to multitask efficiently.
• 6 months experience in healthcare or hospitality preferred.
• Candidates must read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils.
• Maintain stock of clean cookware.
• Work to maintain the high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
• May clean the dining room after meals as requested.
• May assist or take responsibility for setting up the kitchen in the morning or breaking it down in the evening.
• Perform scheduled housekeeping tasks within the kitchen and dining areas as assigned by the Dietary Manager when necessary.
