Job summary

Samoset Resort is seeking a dishwashing associate to join our in-person kitchen team. Responsibilities include setting up the workstation, washing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen area.

The role requires attention to HACCP standards and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. We offer multiple shifts (day, evening, night) and a starting pay of $16.00 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, life insurance, and more.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstation and equipment per HAACP standards.
• Rinse, scrape, and wash dishes and flatware as racks are filled.
• Store cleaned dishes in assigned locations and handle china, glass, and flatware with care.
• Monitor dish machine cleanliness and soap/water/rinse distribution; adjust as needed.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors at end of day and after spills.
• Empty trash cans promptly and maintain clean trash areas.
• Keep kitchen corridors and areas outside purchasing clean and orderly.
