Responsibilities

• Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils to a clean and sanitized state.
• Maintain the dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in good working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude toward guests and colleagues.
