You’ll use design tools and showroom resources to educate customers, set clear expectations, and craft tailored solutions for DIYers and professionals. Emphasis on friendly service and safe, organized displays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage to understand their kitchen/bath needs.
• Listen to customer requirements and guide them through the design process.
• Present good, better, best options and samples for home projects.
• Provide expert advice on products, services and installation.
• Educate customers using design tools and showroom resources to set clear expectations and tailored solutions.
• Advocate for customers by highlighting promotions and financing options.
• Ensure showroom is clean, organized and safe, with ready-to-showroom displays.
• Follow up on project status and assist customers through every step.
