Job summary

Cabinets To Go is seeking a full-time sales associate in the Norfolk area to help customers design and purchase cabinets, countertops, flooring and closets. You will guide customers with product knowledge, design solutions, and coordinate installations to ensure projects are completed successfully.

We offer a highly competitive base pay with uncapped commission and a bonus program, plus a 401(k) match up to 4%, paid time off, wellness days, and six company-paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred, ideally in home design or related products.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on cabinets, countertops, flooring, and closets with expert product knowledge.

• Provide friendly, top-notch customer service and maintain store presentation.
