Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, listen to their needs, and guide them through the design process—offering good, better, best options, samples to take home, and expert advice on products, services, and installation.
• Advocate for customers by highlighting current promotions, financing options, and the advantages of choosing Home Depot over competitors.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked, creating a welcoming and safe shopping environment.
• Follow up on project statuses and guide customers through each step of their project.
