Carter Lumber, a family-owned company with a strong Ohio presence, seeks a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative - Commercial Multi-Family in our Springfield location. You will design kitchens and baths for new construction and remodels, working with multi-family developers, builders, and homeowners to turn concepts into final installations.
Responsibilities include measuring sites, creating designs with 20/20, presenting proposals, and closing sales while building relationships.

As a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative - Commercial Multi-Family, you will be responsible for new construction and remodeling projects from measurement to delivery. You will work directly with multi‑family developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners to design interior spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, bars, etc.) This will entail finding sales opportunities, job site measurement, designing, and securing the final sale. In addition to having a design background, the following are necessary to succeed: proven sales strategies, strong relationship-building skills, prompt follow through with commitments, and excellent communication skills.
