Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of casino/hotel/spa and food & beverage areas.
• Conduct general floor care: strip, wax, sweep, mop, vacuum, and carpet cleaning as needed.
• Operate and maintain heavy cleaning equipment (street sweeper, power washer, lifts).
• Identify unsafe conditions and report to supervisor; restock materials and chemicals.

PAY RATE: $18.00 base pay + $2.00 Shift Pay8 Hours GuaranteedJob Description SummaryPerforms specialized cleaning of the Casino/Hotel/SPA and F&B premises using specialized or skilled cleaning methodologies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)Perform detailed cleaning of specialized areas. This includes kitchen machinal and detailed cleaning of spa and casino floor areas.Perform general floor care as needed (i.e., strip, wax, sweeps, mops, vacuums floors, cleans carpets).Cleans and sanitizes cook’s line in all food outlets.Cleans and sanitizes all food storage areas as well as shipping/receiving areas.Operate and perform preventive maintenance of all heavy cleaning equipment, i.e., street sweeper, utility carts, power wash, genie lifts, pallet jacks.Identifies and notifies supervisor any unsafe conditions or areas, machinery that require attention or repair when as well as when materials and chemicals require restocking.Provides excellent guest service to both guest and internal clients.Must comply with all applicable ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneAccess to Sensitive Areas and InformationAs per the ACGC access matrix.Signatory AbilityGasoline Credit Card will be used to purchase fuel for company equipment.Education and/or ExperienceMust be able to communicate in English.5 years of custodial experience including experience with specialized cleaning equipment.Must have a valid driver’s license from the state of California.Working Conditions/Physical DemandsTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 30 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
