McDonald’s is looking for Crew Members in California with availability from 11 am to midnight. You’ll connect with customers to ensure a positive experience, help them order their favorite meals, and prepare all World Famous food in a fast-paced team environment.

Work across grill, drive-thru, front counter, or guest-experience roles, and grow toward management. Benefits include flexible hours, uniform- s provided, free meals, and discount programs, plus education and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Crew member opportunities available part-time or full-time.
• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member.
• Available 11 am to midnight and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and grow through training programs and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun!
• Work different positions - grill, drive thru, front counter, guest experience lead
