Long John Silver's in Walton, KY is seeking a Customer Service Crew Member to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and help keep the dining area clean throughout your shift.

No prior experience required; must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation. You will assist with menu questions, prep ingredients, restock, and operate kitchen equipment. Free meals during shifts and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and training materials.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive and friendly demeanor with coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept the guests’ orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with Delivery Partners.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock product and workstations.
• Use kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, grills and related devices.
• Keep a clean work environment by cleaning workstations and equipment.
