Job summary

Culver's is seeking dependable Kitchen Crew Members to help prepare our fresh, high-quality food. Join a friendly team in a fast-paced environment where safety and cleanliness matter, and where training is provided.

You'll handle food prep, cooking, stocking, and teamwork with front-of-house staff to ensure orders are accurate and served promptly. No previous experience required, but a positive attitude helps you grow with us.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook food according to Culver’s standards
• Keep up with orders in a fast-paced kitchen
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly

Schedule

We are looking for team members with daytime, evening, and/or weekend availability. Flexible scheduling is available based on your availability and the needs of the restaurant.
