Viscuso's Pizza & Draft House in El Dorado Hills, CA, seeks a Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. You will prepare dough, pizzas and ingredients, keep the kitchen clean, and ensure readiness for service while maintaining food safety and quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Start of the day — perform prep work: dough, pizzas, veg chopping, dishwashing.
• End of the day — restock make table, dishwashing, kitchen cleanup, monitor stock.
• Prepare the kitchen for the next day.
• Handle multiple food orders and monitor kitchen equipment.
• Be flexible for shifts including weekends and evenings.
• Follow food safety procedures.

Job description

• We are looking for a Pizza Maker to fill a vacant spot in our kitchen staff and contribute to the overall excellence of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Start of the day - Do the preparation work like prepare dough and pizzas, chop all vegetables, dishwashing, etc
• End of the day - Restocking make table, dishwashing and general clean-up of kitchen, monitor food stock
• Have the kitchen ready for the next day.
• Handling multiple food orders at one time as well as monitoring multiple food orders, with all professional kitchen equipment
• Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and evenings.
• Practice food safe procedures

We are looking for someone to work as a team player, performs all functions in the kitchen and follows instructions to help us delight our customers with delicious food from our menu.

Requirements

• Must be 18
• High School Diploma or Diploma from a culinary school
• Familiar with all professional kitchen equipmentis a plus
