Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Card required.
• Customer Service and retail experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Proven track record of delivering excellent results.
• Demonstrates care and compassion for people; builds positive team relationships.
• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items for cooking with broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, etc.
• Follow recipe specifications and portion food to company standards.
• Maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, sanitation and food safety.
• Fill and restock front counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks.
• Ensure all prepared items are weighed, labeled, dated, packaged and rotated.
