Job summary

Raising Cane’s in Minnesota is seeking a Kitchen Cook to help set the pace in our kitchen and ensure high-quality chicken finger meals. This entry-level role offers paid training and opportunities to grow into advanced positions like Bird Specialist or Certified Trainer.

We hire immediately for opening, closing, and all shifts. No prior restaurant experience required; you can earn extra pay through yearly increases after training and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with paid training.
• Starting pay at $15.00 per hour.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant.
• Take orders from customers and process payments accurately.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
