Job summary

Zax LLC in Greensburg, KS is hiring for a back-of-house cook who delivers a great guest experience by preparing, cooking, and assembling menu items to Zaxbys standards. You’ll receive and stock inventory, maintain a clean, safe kitchen, and help keep equipment in good working order.

This role offers a flexible schedule with part- and full-time options, on-shift free meals, meal discounts, opportunities to advance, and a benefits program for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part-time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.
• Full-time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including: Zaxbys Back of House Development Plan Hands-on stations training.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Prepare menu items according to company standards and in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory and storage management.
